This years National Day marked the end of the month-long celebration an entire nation has poured its all (and what an all it was!) into. “Now Is All” is right, indeed. Argentina beat France in a nail biter of a final to a World Cup that saw a huge number of firsts and records broken, and Qatar celebrated its proverbial heart out. Job well done.

🎵My husband … is the best husband … 🎵 This is the closest I’ve had to a roast beef sub since the last visit to the States. 😍😍😍 The home made beef I did was grand, but nothing compares to deli roast beef. Which doesn’t really exist here – much to the bafflement of all the Americans I know. This was a special find, and boy does my DH know how to spoil a girl. 🥰🥰 🥩 🐄
