And I’m sprung from house arrest! I had to put my very dead watch on about 2 minutes after getting my quarantine monitoring bracelet unscrewed because I kept freaking out thinking I was missing something … let’s see how many times I wake up for the same reason tonight 😆
I don’t know if it was the kinda-gross coconut yogurt I had for breakfast, my delicate Princess nature, or the atomic bomb fart I gifted myself at the start, but today’s :30 Mandala Flow was r-o-u-g-h on the belly 🤢. My finger armor looked good where I tossed it, though.
The very best part of all the lockdowns and quarantines I’ve had: getting the chance to re-center and connect with one of my all-time favorite yoga instructors, @marybuggyoga. She’s great in 3-D, but I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, having a touchstone when life is in upheaval is important. She’s become my outside world touchstone through the past year and a half, and always brings a light to any day I see her.
