Happy Eid Al-Adha

Waiting (for what felt like forever) on my ride after a workout involving kicked-up-a-notch cardio.

Not pictured: my red face, quaking quads, and the breakfast smoothie that decided to jump riiiiight up to the top of my stomach and sit there. Didn’t lose it, though, so there’s that.
