Well, here – this one definitely doesnβt have a recipe: air fryer roasted potatoes, green beans & ribeye with miso butter. 42g protein and I aaaalmost hit my goal for the day. π Forgot how hard it is to get in that much protein without convenience junk food.
And apparently food is all Iβm remembering to take pics of these past few days as Iβve been mostly housebound from the sandstorm and crazy winds π€£. Totally even finished a sewing project I forgot to take pics of π€¦ββοΈ You would think I havenβt been doing this for a decade β¦
