Happy Thanksgiving!

This year was a success. Simple broiled green beans with Parmesan; mashed Idaho potatoes with truffle salt and black garlic; mashed sweet potatoes with bourbon, brown butter and pie spices; and Chinese roast duck. For dessert: mini pumpkin bourbon cheesecakes.
