Product shot setup. Today, my DH and I branched out a bit from art and portrait photography to take a series of product shots.

This basket of loveliness is strips of grilled fresh foccacia at our favorite brunch spot, Revales Ristorante. This is the first time we’ve tried them for dinner, and we were not sorry. They cooked bay scallops correctly. And snapper. We are so going back.

It’s the little things in life. My DH is working late tonight, so I decided to indulge myself with ingredients he’s not fond of for dinner: zucchini & mushrooms. This simple dish of shallot, butter, button mushrooms, zucchini and millet was pretty derned tasty.
