“Cow” at the Yellow Green Farmer’s Market in Hollywood. They were light on veggie stalls this week, it being the absolute deadest harvest month on the SoFla calendar, but it’s good to see they are still going.
In lieu of having a recipe to share, here’s an onion. It’s a particularly lovely onion, I might add, and looks to be shaping up as a nice aromatic base for tonight’s dinner.
