And just like that, it’s fall in my house. We have added fall accoutrement to the apothecary jars, as well as an orange trunk to tie the sofa back in with the orange rug on the other side of the sofa, and my DH is getting a lot of use out of his computer charging/work stuff storage area.

Happy Halloween! After spending 2 hours today and 2 hours yesterday making dumplings, I ran out of Halloween-inspired photo capability. So, heres my love. Why am I a dumpling overachiever? Because Im Martha freaking Stewart, thats why. They were awesome, though. Golden split pea, green pea, pork chive, and beef bourginon with mashed potatoes. Yum.

This evening we saw The Addams Family at the Adrienne Arscht Center. It was a wonderful performance, and the actress that played Wednesday has a great set of pipes.
