I’m hoping the Lincoln Theater will turn into something really cool now that the symphony is down the block.

So, after visiting Monkey Jungle, seeing things like this

and getting manipulated by primates all afternoon into giving up our tasty snacks, we headed over to Cauley Square (historically the last railroad town in FL dating to 1910 or so). Where we saw a pack of 8 of these guys….

Sauce trifecta at American Noodle Bar, where they’ve added new noodle styles (whole wheat, ramen and rice) and a host of new toppings. The ginger beef broth was particularly beefy and good this evening, though the filet mignon wasn’t really worth a second try.

Attended a fantabulous dinner event at Sustain restaurant with the South Florida Foodies group this evening. The chef outdid himself, and the meal was incredible. More to come once I recover from my crispy skin induced food coma. 🙂

Today was a mall & movie kind of Saturday. A stroll around Dolphin Mall and X-Men: First Class @ Cinebistro.
