Today was a lesson in perseverance. I 100% did not want to get my ass up and out the door for yoga – but, as always, I’m glad I did. Not only did I see two instructors I’ve missed but haven’t seen in months, I also learned to work around the still super sore knee I busted while not paying attention in a transition to last week. I’m glad I pushed past the gillion excuses I’d made for myself and went. My practice wasn’t perfect, but it was exactly what it needed to be.

I’ve got leftover makeovers coming next week (I hope); tbh I really haven’t been inspired to cook anything good – or much more than basic sandwiches – for the last couple weeks while planning Thanksgiving festivities.
