A spin on David Lebovitz’s Super Easy Roast Chicken with Caramelized Shallots from Nom Nom Paleo – with sautéed sugar snap peas.
Hey, lookee there, it’s chicken again – and I didn’t die!
Snack
More almonds. I was hungry again after dinner.
