Forgot to take a pic, but I quick-scrambled 2 eggs with a little cheese, a hand full of scallions, 2 slices of bacon and half a Tablespoon of butter.
Lunch
Chicken salad with tahini.
Dinner
Broccoli “rice” with ground beef and butter.
Snack
Yay. Snack. And I needed carbs – so I had half a Granny Smith apple split into 2 servings.
