Thanksgiving spread this year: DH’s ham, smoked lamb from friends, fresh sourdough from the same friends, Hawaiian rolls, roasted garlic mash, air fryer green beans with shallots & almonds, air fryer brussels sprouts with bacon & mustard sauce, persimmon pomegranate salad, doctored stovetop stuffing, cranberry jelly & gravy made from chicken bone broth.The appetizers this year were a hit: bacon jam and carrot hummus with pepitas, pomegranate seeds & smoked olive oil
