Today was a lesson in perseverance. I 100% did not want to get my ass up and out the door for yoga – but, as always, I’m glad I did. Not only did I see two instructors I’ve missed but haven’t seen in months, I also learned to work around the still super sore knee I busted while not paying attention in a transition to last week. I’m glad I pushed past the gillion excuses I’d made for myself and went. My practice wasn’t perfect, but it was exactly what it needed to be.

Regularly scheduled recipes to commence soon.

The Motorway entrance at night from the comfort of the shuttle bus that ferried us from the parking lot to the grandstand and back. Shuttles were also available to get to the Metro, which was a necessity – Ubers weren’t happening, and while parking was controlled seemingly well, it was still a mess.
