Back on the right track: parsnip and leek hashed browns with prosciutto and fried egg.

Today we tackled MoMA. Highlights included an exhibit on the Quay Brothers and the design wing (furniture, architecture & product design).

Trying something new: Moldavian food. It certainly isn’t healthy, but it sure was good. Some sort of farmer cheese dumpling, a meat dumpling, a fried potato and onion bread thing, a kielbasa and pea dish, and polenta balls stuffed with bacon and topped with feta & deep fried pork belly.

Back to the eating like we should schedule on Monday.

Happy New Year. Spending the last few hours eating dumplings, playing tabletop games (Last Night On Earth), and watching the Twilight Zone marathon with some prosecco.
