So, I finally broke down and got my very own Kitchen-aid stand mixer.

I’ve been putting off the purchase for years because a: it’s freakin expensive, and b: I don’t bake. I don’t even really eat desserts often at all.

Since this month’s Charcutepalooza challenge involves grinding meat and buying a separate grinder just sounded like a waste of space, I finally gave in.

I see lots of breads, sausages, pizza doughs and, when my rebate offer finally gets here, frozen treats in my future.

All he wants is loves.
