I’m working on a hotel room food round up in lieu of a recipe this week – in the meantime, today’s picture was taken at the Louvre Abu Dhabi. I’m happy to report that this museum is every bit as cool as I’d remembered – and still has enough interesting differences to make for great continued visits.
It’s the simple things in life – breakfast out of the room. 🙂 Actually, this omelette wasn’t simple; it was fab. Potato & harissa stuffing. I’m putting a pin in this one – I’d like to try and create something similar it was so good.
And I’m sprung from house arrest! I had to put my very dead watch on about 2 minutes after getting my quarantine monitoring bracelet unscrewed because I kept freaking out thinking I was missing something … let’s see how many times I wake up for the same reason tonight 😆
