I’d like to say ‘recipe coming soon’ but I have zero idea what I actually did for flavoring – ramen with chicken stick made from the carcass of a rotisserie chicken + scallions, fried garlic, black garlic, chili garlic sauce, jammy egg, ground pork fried up to crispy, scallion tops, togarishi & sesame/seaweed mix. It was just what the doctor ordered.
