New make! I’m calling this my pumpkin dress. Pattern was drafted off of an image; fabric is the first from my Japan haul. I’m really happy with this one. It’s super comfy to slip over the head, and is much more interesting than it is loud (at least it feels that way – I was worried about the brightness of the color). A triumphant return to sewing after having to abandon the last skirt I made while on vacation (the fabric sucked), and feeling annoyed about the fabric choice of the last orange dress I made. 🙌🙌
