Enjoying every minute of the not-made-by-me heap of spinach & mushrooms slathered on nutty brown bread I get pretty much daily for breakfast while staying here. It’s not as potentially exciting to most people as the pastry bar, breakfast pizza or egg setup, but I’m excited about it.
